A MS908P with a current update subscription, from off the tablet , needs a High Speed Internet connection , and with provided  USB cable can only program ECUs of some BMW, Mercedes , and possibly some VAG vehicles. No other Car makes are supported for ECU programming from off the Tablet. You need to use The J2534 off a Windows laptop with a purchased OE subscription and in many cases need a Lock Smith ID to do the key programming side with purchased  OE subscription with the J2534.

  If you want to just add a key or remote where all keys aren't lost, the MS908P can often do quite a few.Just go to service or hot function , immobilizer or key symbol box and follow instructions while maintaining battery charge.
